The MBM Self Serve Studio System

Step 1 : Schedule Your Initial Evaluation

Whether you are a seasoned athlete looking for a private space to get your workout in or a beginner wanting to start your journey, meeting with a coach for one session is mandatory.

Step 2: Orientation & Safety

During this first session, your coach will go over your options for self-serve session where you can train at your leisure in our beautifully equipped gym.

Step 3: Get the Gym to Yourself

Schedule your training sessions whenever you want between 6:00AM and 8:00PM and use your personal code to get in.
