We recently had the privilege of experiencing a sound bath led by Monterey Bay Moves at the Sanctuary Hotel during our founder retreat, and it was nothing short of magnificent.

On our last retreat day we met up with Monterey Bay Moves for a team yoga class at the beach. There were mats, water, and the lavender pillows! Our team theme was “when the going gets tough,” and MBM did a great job executing the class to our teams retreat theme.

MBM came highly recommended by another vendor of mine and boy were they right! They provided beach yoga and stretching for our group of about 125 guests for multiple days and everyone was so excited to go that our group almost doubled the next day.
