Elizabeth is an amazing person! Her compassionate and comprehensive approach to personal training has been transformative and helped support me in my journey to become a stronger person physically, emotionally, and mentally. She has been an integral part of my health journey and has helped me reach my fitness goals for the past 2 years despite several physical and personal difficulties, I really feel fortunate to have found MBM.

After living a sedentary life for many years, I knew and felt a change was needed. Found MBM after a quick search and it has been the best experience! Started with personal training 3 years ago and quickly worked up to their running program (and I’m NOT a runner!) and cardio & strength classes. Elizabeth’s knowledge, dedication to her clients, and motivation has had a profound impact on my mental and physical health.

I’ve had private coaching with Monterey Bay Moved for the last six months, and it has been life changing. I’ve learned a ton about fitness and nutrition, and I’ve also learned about what gets in my way of pursuing my health. Elizabeth is great at listening to my fitness journey and plugging me in to the perfect trainers, classes, and experiences (like a community hike!) I’ve gained a significant amount of muscle, curbed the shelter-in-place weight gain, and staved off the quarantine blues through working with Elizabeth and the team. I’m really grateful for everything MBM has given me ♥️

Coach Rosa guided my 12 session training and it was a great match. She was considerate of my personal journey and provided challenging and fulfilling sessions. I had a great experience and looked forward to each workout!
