Making sure Monterey Bay Moves is the right fit for your community is an important decision.
1. Meet and Greet
Our team schedules a site visit and a meet & great with your group to introduce themselves and understand your needs better.
2. Pilot Program
Over the first months, we pilot and adjust the program to best suit your group’s fitness level and interests.
3. Finalized Program
After the trial, you will receive a report of average attendance, feedback from participants and adjustments. Programs are typically well established after the trial period and require little involvement from you for us to consistently deliver elevated fitness experiences to your community.
Safe, sensible and fun
Seniors are our most seasoned and knowledgeable community members. While their physical fitness has changed, there is no reason why they can’t exercise to lessen discomfort, enhance their mobility, and preserve their independence.
