Marina – Sanctuary

Such a great group class experience! The studio and environment was beautiful and everything needed (yoga mat, blocks, etc) was provided. The stretching class was both challenging and relaxing. It was accessible to everyone- different ages and ability! Highly recommend Monterey Bay Moves for those looking to simply get moving again!

I’ve been part of Monterey Bay Moves for a couple years now. They have the best yoga instructors. I go into yoga class a zombie and come out feeling alive. The spiritual healing I feel after each session is insane but have also noticed over time getting stronger and more flexible (going in at least once a week). I Love being a part of this community.

Linda’s beach yoga class at Sanctuary Beach Resort was fantastic! She offered modifications for all levels, making the class perfect for the beautiful outdoor setting. Highly recommend!

My daughters and I are on a girl’s trip and signed up for this beach yoga class. It was everything we could have hoped for and more! Robin was such a great instructor! Her movements and voice tone were so soothing. We were provided blankets to do yoga on and a bottle of lemon water after class. Being outside on the sand with the sound of the waves and the feeling of the ocean air was perfection. I have never loved a yoga class more than this one. So glad we decided to sign up and go.
